Layers of gluten-free Italian pasta sheets with a rich beef ragu, topped with bchamel sauce and cheese. Best cooked in the oven but can also be microwaved for ease. Serves 1.

Cooking Instructions - General. For best results oven cook.
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove sleeve. Pierce film.
750W 4 mins, 30 secs
900W 4 mins
Allow to stand for 2 mins. Guide for one pack only.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Place on baking tray.
Electric 180C, Fan 160C, Gas 4, 30 mins
Allow to stand for 1 min. To make the topping crispier, cook for a further 10 mins.
